However, it was his time with the team in the 2017-2018 season that truly solidified his place in the NBA. In the playoffs that year, the Jazz faced off against the Oklahoma City Thunder, led by NBA superstar Russell Westbrook.

In a now-famous moment, Ingles perfectly executed a pump fake, causing Westbrook to stumble and fall, much to the delight of the Jazz fans in attendance.
